Jim Zebold is an experienced Physical Therapist specializing in sports medicine. He practices out of our Willowbrook location. Prior to joining the team at Achieve, Jim earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin. While at Carthage, Jim was a 4 year member of the varsity football team. Following graduation from Carthage, Jim worked as a physical therapy technician prior to enrolling at Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa where he earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Jim loves working with athletes of all ages and skill sets. Jim has experience as a speed coach as well as a personal trainer. His passion for physical therapy comes from his desire to help his patients reach their physical goals and return to their sport!
Jim grew up in Darien, Illinois and attended Benet Academy where he was a 2 sport athlete competing in football as a wide receiver and track as a sprinter. Jim’s personal interests include traveling with his wife Hannah, working out, competitive flag football, water sports, and swimming. Jim is a die hard Chicago fan and supports the Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks, Bulls, and The Fighting Irish of Notre Dame.
Since joining the team at Achieve, Jim has furthered his education through continuing education courses like: Trigger Point Dry Needling, Graston Therapy, and Active Release Technique (ART)!"
