Achieve's Sports Performance Enhancement Program is a way for athletes to utilize some of our advanced training techniques and innovative technologies to enhance their physical performance before, during, or after an injury.

Performance Testing
VALDVALD performance tools are becoming a standard for measuring key rehab and performance metrics in elite sport science environments such as the MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA, and Division I Athletics. We believe everyone should have access to gold standards in medicine and performance. The utilization of VALD force plates enables precise testing of an athlete's performance capabilities across various sport-specific demands. By incorporating additional equipment such as force frames and speed gates, we can comprehensively assess key physical attributes, including force production, power output, and speed. Additionally, we have the capability to assess an athletes physical performance under various cognitive loads and compare that to standardized testing, which enables a more accurate approach to assess game time performance metrics. These measurements are critical for understanding an athlete's potential to perform at their best. Furthermore, the data gathered provides valuable insights into an athlete's readiness to perform, both during the competitive season and in the off-season, ensuring optimal performance and injury mitigation throughout the year.
ViMove+The ViMove+ is a cutting-edge tool used at Achieve to optimize performance, enhance recovery, and ensure safety through personalized treatment plans. It uses wireless wearable sensors to measure movement objectively, offering insights that were previously only available in high-end biomechanical labs. The system includes movement and muscle sensors that adhere to the skin and wirelessly connect to an iPad app to record and analyze data. These sensors track range of motion, acceleration, and muscle activity, providing data at 200 frames per second for precise performance analysis and muscle re-education.
It offers immediate visual feedback for movement retraining, helping identify issues such as imbalances or improper techniques.

Small Group Training - Classes Of 2-5 Participants With A Certified Personal Trainer/Strength And Conditioning CoachSmall group training offers a personalized and effective approach to enhance the performance and well-being of a diverse range of participants. Tailored training sessions focus on improving key areas such as strength, speed, power, mobility, and balance, which are essential for overall functional capacity. NormatecNormaTec compression therapy uses dynamic air compression to improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and speed up recovery. It works by applying a pulsing pattern of pressure to the legs, arms, or hips to flush out metabolic waste, reduce inflammation, and promote lymphatic drainage.
